St. Mary's Strategic Planning Committee was formed in the spring of 2005 and charged with developing a 5-year plan for the parish.

The committee, which comprises a broad spectrum of parishioners with respect to age, occupation, Mass attended, and related factors, developed a comprehensive Strategic Plan that was adopted as a guiding document for St. Mary’s as it continues to grow and serve the community.

The Strategic Planning Committee is currently responsible for:

•  facilitating the implementation of the plan
•  evaluating the success of the plan
•  developing a process of continual study, review, and assessment of parish functions and activities
