We are here to support you as you grieve and in planning for your loved one.

Please contact the church office at 540-552-1091 as soon as possible,
in order that we may begin the preparation process for your loved one.
The Priest or Director of Liturgy will complete the appropriate form
with a member(s) of your family during your agreed upon meeting time.
Before this meeting, we encourage you to consider selections from scripture,
of music and family members you wish to invite to participate in mass.
It is helpful for a family member to bring any important documents, a favorite photo (digital or print),
and noteworthy ideas or questions to this meeting.

The Clergy member guides family members through selection of readings and appropriate prayers using “
Preparing to Celebrate the Funeral Mass: Through Death to Life”, provided to families during the preparation meeting.
The Liturgy Director assists family with music selection.
