Middle School Youth Ministry
Mission Statement
St. Mary’s Youth Ministry is rooted in the Eucharistic celebration and stems from the community’s life and participation. It promotes the reality that youth are integral to the life of the parish community. Its programs foster the growth and maturation of the whole person; socially, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
St. Mary’s Youth Ministry affirms the gifts of young people, and it provides opportunities for young people to share those gifts with others. It not only fosters greater knowledge of Catholic faith, but it also witnesses to a faith fully lived in response to our common baptismal call.
St. Mary’s Youth Ministry invites young people into full, active, and conscious participation in the life, work, celebration, and mission of the faith community. It invites members of the parish to be role models in faith, and to take on active mentorship among the parish’s youth.
